UX UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Imagine, sketch and prototype the entire Web3 interface and user experience
• Set design requirements based on information from the backend/frontend dev teams and user research.
• Own the design language of the entire protocol and guide current and future product developments to fit within that design language.
• Work together with engineers to visualize and implement new features and integrations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of UX/UI design experience, including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design and usability testing
• Prior experience with Figma required, prior experience in Web3 design preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
• Strong communication skills (English fluency required), ability to work with limited oversight / entrepreneurial mindset
• Personal experience using DeFi protocols; NFT platforms such as OpenSea (degens preferable)
