We're looking for a talented and creative Turkish Speaking YouTube Content Creator to join our growing team and take our brand's online presence to new heights.

You will be part of the fast-growing team and get an opportunity to learn from some of the best people in the industry! We will be able to drive thousands of organic visitors to your channel and help it grow!

Responsibilities:

Develop, produce, and edit high-quality, engaging video content for our YouTube channel, ensuring that it aligns with the company's brand and overall content strategy
Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and social media teams to develop and implement video content strategies that drive audience growth, increase viewer retention, and maximize revenue opportunities
Research and identify trending topics, stories, and formats to produce relevant and timely content for our target audience
Utilize YouTube analytics and other tools to track performance, optimize content, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, collaborating with other YouTubers, and participating in relevant social media discussions
Filming bite-sized, audience-appropriate videos at calculated intervals
Editing footage to attain consistent, refined, and brand-appropriate videos

Requirements:

Previous creative content production experience within a media company, ideally focused on Youtube content
Knowledge of graphic design, animation, or motion graphics is a plus
Experience working in the Crypto world is considered an asset
Exceptional organisation and planning skills
High proficiency in spoken and written Turkish language
Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
A team-oriented individual who is happy to work independently as required
