About the institutions team:

The OKX Institutions team is a global group that distributes crypto financial technologies and liquidity to crypto native and traditional financial (TradFi) institutions. A select list of the core institutional products and services includes: spot and derivative exchange orderbook, OTC Liquid Marketplace, structured products, managed accounts and systematic risk management solutions such as portfolio margin. Our client coverage segments are expansive, including: trading firms, asset managers, hedgefunds, HNWI, market markers, payment providers and financial intermediaries.

What You'll be Doing:

Ensure a timely response to institutional client's business inquiries, especially brokering OTC - RFQ trades between clients and market makers
Calling and messaging clients to obtain orders and stay on top of client interests and with best execution
Liaise between the clients and internal teams to address client's requests and needs
Responsible for working with Sales to onboard and integrating new clients and deepening existing client relationships as they ramp up trading activities
Drive internal process & system improvement for better client engagement and service delivery
Collecting and analyzing data concerning client behavior to understand changing needs and operational procedures improvements

What We Look For in You:

Proven experience at a sales and trading desk within trad-fi markets or crypto market maker
Brokering experience in derivatives products
Experience interacting with and covering institutional trading clients
Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English, both written and verbally
Strong understanding of traditional finance/crypto products such as spot, futures, perps, and options
