Social Media Specialist

Description

• As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for building, engaging, and managing new and existing social media communities, writing and creating content, posting this content, managing a content calendar, and engaging with our consumers on various social media platforms
• Building social & digital media strategies is a hands-on execution role that requires expert-level knowledge of social and digital media strategy
• Establish and cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders, influencers in Web3, and our internal community
• Take a deep dive into the business needs and key objectives
• Creating or curating engaging content and campaigns for social media networks including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more
• Working with social, account strategy, and communication teams to develop strategies
• Posting updates across social media platforms
• Engaging with and managing communities on social media through comments, direct messages, stories, etc.
• Measuring, analyzing, and documenting the success and impact of social media efforts; report KPI findings to assigned leadership; deliver these results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Utilize effective project management software; this social software will allow leadership to manage and funnel their updates through your social media process
• Daily network building of influencers and creators

Requirements

• Creating or curating engaging content and campaigns for social media networks including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Discord and more
• Strong understanding of gaming, crypto,web3, DeFi and NFTs is a MUST
• Demonstrated experience with social media tools, social media analytics/measurements, and how to effectively communicate them to employer
• Demonstrated experience creating custom social media strategies that have achieved results
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster/maintain relationships across multiple businesses and organizations
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation); Extremely strong writing skills a must
• Ability to travel or work outside normal business hours, only as needed
• Experience in creative suites such as Adobe Suite and Canva
• Portfolio mandatory

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• This position performs the majority of duties remotely or in-person as needed
• This position requires marketing to operate in different time zones as needed
