Social Media Manager

As Upshot’s social media manager, you will be the voice and shape the strategy for all social media marketing efforts to help grow the brand as well as engage our community effectively. 

Responsibilities

•  

  <ul>
  	<li>Partner with Head of Marketing and CEO to develop and optimize Upshot&rsquo;s social media strategy</li>
  	<li>Lead day-to-day execution of Upshot&rsquo;s social media strategy across platforms&nbsp;</li>
  	<li>Develop blueprint to build an active and engaged Upshot social community, connecting with people more personally and dynamically, expressing Upshot&#39;s personality into those efforts</li>
  	<li>Lead initiative to increase Upshot team member social media engagement to grow their presence as active brand ambassadors and maximize reach</li>
  	<li>Work effectively across the organization cross-functionally to obtain an accurate understanding of broader Upshot objectives to best align the social media strategy</li>

Requirements

•  

  <ul>
  	<li>3+ years of social media management experience&nbsp;</li>
  	<li>Expert level understanding of crypto twitter</li>
  	<li>Prior experience utilizing social media and analytics software (ex. Hootsuite, Tweethunter, Keyhole, Sprout Social, etc)</li>
  	<li>Prior experience analyzing and leveraging data/metrics to assess and iterate on social media growth strategies</li>
  	<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, working across time zones.</li>
  	<li>Highly knowledgeable in the Web3 Crypto/NFT/DeFi space with a solid grasp of recent global trends and use cases</li>
  </ul>

  	<li>Prior experience running paid ad campaigns</li>
  	<li>Prior experience utilizing reddit</li>
  	<li>Skilled in graphic design, photoshop, and/or video editing</li>
  	<li>Possess a current crypto twitter following&nbsp;</li>
  	<li>Expert meme creator&nbsp;</li>
  	<li>NFT connoisseur</li>
