Description

ZenGo is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our growing team. You will support the company’s ongoing marketing and communications efforts and become our company’s social media all-star. Our ideal candidate knows how to tell compelling, authentic, & engaging stories, has exceptional writing skills, and excels using social media channels (particularly Twitter and Discord) to engage our audiences, strengthen brand recognition among Web3 communities, and support ZenGo’s growth.

This is a highly collaborative role, working both internally and with external partners, influencers, and thought leaders. You will help drive our brand voice by crafting what our community sees from us on a daily basis. You will be the creative force behind many of ZenGo’s successful campaigns to build our brand, support company growth, and establish ZenGo’s global mindspace as the go-to crypto wallet for everyone. You will also get to work with the best, most funnest marketing team in Tel Aviv with a view of the mediterranean.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively build active social media channels (Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn) and manage other channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
• Build and run evergreen social media campaigns and contribute to product-specific social media campaigns
• Design and run creative giveaways
• Develop content strategy that encourages growth across all channels
• Draft engaging, educational, and compelling content for ZenGo’s various campaigns, working with the rest of the Marketing team to help launch new products
• Collaborate with influencers and Web3 thought leaders to broaden ZenGo’s reach
• Outreach to and engagement with Web3 communities, in concert with the rest of the marketing team

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a content or social media position, ideally in the tech industry (and bonus if you are passionate about/have worked in crypto!)
• Crypto-native, or highly motivated to learn about crypto and onboard quickly to the ecosystem.
• Passion for social media and experience running campaigns in our top social media channels
• Ability to understand and identify with ZenGo’s voice and brand
• Experience implementing content marketing
• Ability to consume external social content and distill relevant strategies for brand growth
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to simply communicate complex matters
• Ability to work autonomously while still communicating progress and direction to the team
