  • Manage and drive the full recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to feedback and offer
  • Build a consistent pipeline of candidates through a variety of sourcing channels and programs
  • Advocate of candidate and employee experience when guiding candidates and prospective employees through the recruiting and onboarding process

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated individual success at identifying, qualifying, and hiring exceptional engineering talent within the tech industry
  • Managed and driven the full recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to feedback and offer
  • Deep sourcing skills
  • Experience maintaining data integrity for applicant tracking, sourcing, scheduling, or other process software
  • Exhibit curiosity and interest in learning about the crypto industry (prior knowledge is not required, merely a strong desire to learn as the team will gladly support the individual in their education)

Salary range for this job is 109K to 200K USD (CA, NY, or remote). Compensation subject to experience and location. Published salary bands pursuant to transparency laws, and do not include possible variable compensation such as annual merit increases, bonus eligibility, commission, or equity incentive.
