We are currently partnered with a thriving global digital payments company with $2.5BN in funding to date, who now seek to build out their Web3, cryptocurrency product function. This will be an exciting opportunity to join one of their newest ambitions in making Web3, DeFi, Crypto and Blockchain become part of the mainstream within FinTech.

The candidate should be a capable Crypto / digital asset / blockchain enthusiast with a leadership mindset of innovation and creativity for developing existing and new Products. You should also be familiar with user growth techniques, and focus on increasing the user base by continuously improving the products, through combining different resources and planning with timelines.

Experience required:

MUST:

• 5+ Years Product Professional Experience within in FinTech, Banking, Digital Payments, SaaS spaces.
• 2+ Years of Blockchain and/or Crypto professional Experience
• 1+ Years Web3 Professional Experience.
• Experience managing and working in cross-collaborative teams.
• Deep understanding of product strategy for digital asset / crypto / blockchain technologies.

• You will be supporting firmwide alignment + plans for the future of Crypto / Digital Assets / Blockchain technology from design, build, launch to scale.
• Establishing partnerships with companies that can help to accelerate and enhance the company’s ambitions in the crypto /digital asset / blockchain space.
• To partner effectively with other leaders and business to influence priorities and drive alignment on the best products and solutions to launch.
• Work closely across Product Development with every Product, Design and Engineering verticals to ensure deadlines, vision is met.
