Senior Product Designer

Overview

PROOF is looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our growing team. We’re a group of folks passionate about product development and delivering innovative, best-in-class experiences that operate at the intersection of creativity and technology in the web3 space. Oh – and we’re going to have one heck of a good time doing so.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll co-create the design strategy, collaborate cross-functionally with our Product and Engineering team members, and elevate the experience of the PROOF community through meaningful product design.

We're currently staffing Product teams to deliver on PROOF, Moonbirds, and Project Highrise.

Responsibilities

• Leading the user experience of a product, from discovery to delivery while partnering with Product Management and Engineering
• Taking big, conceptual (sometimes ambiguous) ideas and refining them into usable experiences that delight our community
• Utilizing a broad design skillset; product design, accessibility, brand, illustration & iconography
• Working with, evolving, and leveling up our Design System at scale
• Contributing your product thinking into strategic decisions for the future of the business and the web3 space
• Creating interactive prototypes and articulating your vision of the intended experience
• Championing a culture of design and collaboration across PROOF

Experience Required

• Experience building and shipping intuitive, inclusive and beautifully designed products; articulating not just the result, but the process
• A deep, multifaceted skill set in product design that includes UX, visual design, and product thinking in various contexts and mediums
• A passion for inclusive design; in creating accessible experiences for those with diverse needs and requirements
• The ability to ideate and deliver within an iterative design process; taking feedback from peers and partners
• Competence within design software (Figma, Adobe products)
• A passion for the web3 space, blockchain technology, and NFTs
