ForUsAll is a cutting edge workplace and our Sales Development Representative is the role to launch your fintech sales career. You will be with a team of motivated, smart, funny, dedicated individuals who are responsible for driving the top of the sales funnel. You are the front line who first talks to potential clients, helps them understand the value of our 401k solution, and works closely with senior Account Executives who close the deal.

What Is Expected From You
- Hone your sales skills as the first point of contact for all sales opportunities.
- Work closely with Account Executives as you pitch C-Suite executives, learning to identify client needs and position our offering.
- Learn about fintech, cryptocurrency and the fast-growing De-Fi space.
- Care about our mission...we are helping the small and medium-sized businesses compete for talent and we are helping their employees save for their future.
- Learn how to build a high-velocity go-to-market team.
- Develop cross functional relationships and skills that will enable your future career advancement in or outside of a closing role.
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep desire to learn + grow as a sales professional
- Ability to stay calm, consistent, and reliable in a high-intensity environment
- Background in finance, math, economics or business a plus
