Customer Enablement is seeking a Product Support Specialist in Singapore to deliver world class customer support to Paxos’ rapidly growing, global customer base. This person will be on the ground floor of a brand new team within Paxos, taking end-to-end accountability for the experience of our users. Product Support Specialists are expected to split their time between assisting users, capturing knowledge, and adjusting and improving process to help the team scale.

As a Product Support Specialist, you’ll: 

  • Join a team on the ground floor before an anticipated period of rapid growth,
  • Deliver world class support to users of Paxos products,
  • Develop deep expertise in Paxos' products and process
  • Learn about new products and industries as the platform matures
  • Dedicate significant chunks of your time to improving processes and your own knowledge 
  • Identify the root causes of problems that impact users, and drive the adoption of solutions
  • As the team grows, teach your teammates what you learn and ensure that both the quality and speed of support improve over time.
  • Immerse yourself in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency for enterprises and investors, our regulation-first approach, and more!

Your experience should include:

  • You have 2-5 years of experience supporting B2B or B2C SaaS products, interfacing directly with end users
  • You have strong attention to detail and passion for solving problems
  • You have a mind for data and an ability to spot trends easily
  • You have the ability to thrive in ambiguity and get needed information by asking the right questions
  • You have the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • You have comfort working in a tech-driven environment with the ability to coordinate across several stakeholder groups (Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, People, Strategic Initiatives-Office of the CEO)
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You have strong project management orientation with the ability to communicate issues/concerns before they become fires and facilitate the right stakeholders in a discussion to solve for them
