As a Performance Marketing Lead

As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will oversee and expand the range of digital marketing channels to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. You will focus on achieving specific campaign results and ensure optimization of all our campaigns of various scales.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing campaigns across different performance channels
Plan and execute User Acquisition campaigns to boost app installations, sign-ups, usage and brand growth
Navigate through Crypto regulatory and compliance related matters to implement effective SEO/SEM/ASO strategies. You will need to be on the frontfoot with regulatory changes by regions and tools to help us anticipate and preemptively solve issues
Manage relationships with agencies, vendors and our engineers to deliver successful results
Evaluate current marketing channel performance and expansion of new channels
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and initiatives, and campaigns
Work closely with other teams such as Product, Design, and Compliance
Experience with data-driven CRM tools (ex. Amplitude), data visualization tools (ex. Tableau), and MMP (ex. Appsflyer)
Deep understanding of various ad account management (Google Ads, Meta, Twitter, and third party DSP)
Create reports for the management routinely, including audience, traffic, and ranking, to facilitate the decision-making process
Translate research findings into actionable insights through quantitative methods
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in digital marketing platforms and algorithms

What we want you to have

5+ years of experience in performance marketing
2+ years of experience in a Cryptocurrency exchange or Blockchain industry is a must
Fluency in English is a must
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Self-starter with a to-do attitude to implement change and achieve results
