Operations Associate

Fuel Labs is building the fastest modular execution layer in the world. You will be working at the bleeding edge of blockchain scalability R&D, designing developer documentation and tutorials, along with other user- and dev-facing content.

The Role

• • Manage calendars of founders, including scheduling appointments and calls across multiple timezones.
  • Organize and schedule calls with external partners and projects.
  • Conduct work-related travel bookings for founders and team members.
  • Support team in business operations and people operations efforts.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks for management.

Required Experience

• • 1-2 years spent in a relevant role in operations or administration.
  • Track record in successfully juggling multiple projects/timelines/stakeholders at once.

Ideal Candidate Qualities

• • Highly organised.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • Self-starter mentality.
  • Effective communication style that works across founders, clients, and internal teams.

Bonus

• • Prior experience in processing transactions on Ethereum.
  • Familiarity with the web3 space, or the appetite to dive in and learn quickly.
  • Background in Philosophy.
