Marketing Manager

AnChain.ai offers the most innovative AI-powered crypto blockchain intelligence platform for security, risk, and compliance. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to create and execute our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute inbound lead generation and client acquisition strategies through multichannel campaigns, including email, webinars, events, social and search
• Develop trigger-based and nurture outbound email tracks that engage our target audience with the right message at the right time
• Own website and landing page development and optimization
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs
• Brainstorm with regards to creating new and creative growth strategies for the company
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership/perspective for adoption
• Lead customer research and define critical drivers for platform adoption and engagement
• Create high-impact marketing and sales materials such as one pagers, pitch decks, web page content, blogs, and training programs

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in demand generation and media planning
• 4+ years integrated marketing
• B2B marketing experience
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, CMS, Search and Display, Paid Social and analytics platforms
• Nimble and agile team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where direction and goals can pivot quickly to meet business objectives
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities with excellent organization skills and exceptional problem-solving skills
• Must have strong analytical skills coupled with a "data-driven" thinking mentality
• Must have the ability and desire to stay "up to date" with the trends / best practices in online marketing and digital asset trading
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

BONUS skills:

• Cryptocurrency or blockchain marketing a plus
• Financial services or FinTech experience
• Experience with website and landing page best practices, including SEO, UX, and testing/optimization methodologies to maximize conversions
