About the Role:
We're looking for a seasoned marketing leader to grow the Mojito brand and drive industry-leading market share for our web3 creator SaaS platform. You'll partner closely with the Chief Growth Officer, creative director, and founder to develop our overall marketing strategy. Through the development of an omnichannel marketing plan including regular brand engagement campaigns, growth-oriented content strategies, and conversion-optimized bottom-funnel tactics and ongoing retention strategies – your job is to increase awareness, generate demand, and grow market share within strategically targeted and diverse creator communities. You'll be the first person in this type of role, empowered to build the strategy, program and team from the ground up.
What You'll Achieve:
- Deeply understand the market, product, and buyer journey to design a marketing strategy that is innovative and appropriate for Mojito.
- Standup a product marketing offense that onboards the next wave of creators to web3.
- Own lead and pipeline metrics. Develop reporting on key KPIs, assess pipeline health, and identify key challenges and priorities.
- Design and execute end-to-end programs that create demand and accelerate existing opportunities, including sponsorship events, partnerships, webinars, content marketing, and activations with the community.
- Build a team of high functioning marketers who can rapidly execute on tests and campaigns.
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
- Understanding of web3 with a special focus on NFTs and NFT use cases.
- 6+ years of consumer tech marketing experience.
- Experience in both brand marketing and product marketing functions.
- Experience managing a multimillion dollar budget, and a team of content creators, analysts, PR professionals, and PMs.
- Proven demand gen leader. You have a track record of hitting aggressive growth goals leveraging a diverse set of channels and tactics.
- Experienced team leader who knows how to build and inspire a high functioning team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; business English fluency is required.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners across time zones.
- Data-driven mindset and comfortable using data to define goals, make decisions, and measure impact.
