The role

We’re looking for a marketing campaign manager to execute a global marketing & communication plan for our business enterprise customers, aiming at generating new leads, nurturing existing contacts, and upselling existing customers. 


In this role, you will work in close cooperation with our sales, customer success, and product teams to formulate the positioning of our offer, develop messaging content and build enablement resources for sales and customer success. You will also develop a deep understanding of the target audience, how our offer should be presented and what touch points we need to increase the awareness and penetration of our product, all of which will help you shape our positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. 


In addition to this, you'll be in charge of the actual delivery of the different actions, for which you will conduct both global and local initiatives to achieve our growth targets and ensure that awareness and penetration of our product reach new highs in the SettleMint's ecosystem. 




  • Craft our positioning for the enterprise business segment, audience-centric messages, and relevant content that will be distributed across different touch points of the customer journey.

  • Develop foundational materials such as buyer journeys, personas, and content maps.

  • Be the driving force behind the content we make available to our business audiences, sometimes producing it yourself and some other times making sure that content matches customer needs and meets corporate quality standards.

  • Coordinate and execute an action plan that focuses on the positioning of our offer with the target audience.

  • Partner with the regional sales team to support the creation of regional Go-to-Market plans and ensure consistency of overall product communication.

  • Oversee and compile competitive intel efforts to fuel the commercial plans and the enterprise approach with the necessary insights.

  • Establish KPI's and a data-driven approach to measure enterprise awareness & adoption and set up tactics and strategies to optimize their customer experience.

  • Drive or feed global initiatives and tactics to support regional go-to-market strategies and guide the Marketing Services team to set up content, campaigns and social media presence.

Job requirements

Skills and Experiences

  • Significant experience in product marketing at SaaS company, with min 2 years of exposure to the Blockchain for the Enterprise market and specifically audiences dealing with innovation within enterprises (Innovation Managers, C-Level Executives,…).

  • You are an exceptional storyteller, with compelling narrative skills and strong copywriting ability.

  • Experience at driving customer journey mapping initiatives and building concrete action plans and extracting relevant insights from them.

  • Strategic mindset, you have a data-driven approach and base yourself on numbers and facts to build and execute a plan.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Previous experience in Hubspot is a plus.
