Marketing Associate

We are building the communication infrastructure for Web3 that will onboard the next million users into crypto, defi, gamefi and the metaverse. We are a fully funded early-stage startup looking for a highly-skilled marketing associate to join us!

The Marketing Associate is an integral part of our Marketing team. You will be responsible for providing support to the Sales & BD team, and the Marketing team as they implement marketing campaigns and analyze their impact.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Understand every aspect of our products in order to effectively communicate them to a broad audience


• Gather data on campaign success, often through collecting audience feedback


• Develop A/B tests for campaigns


• Assist with all phases of the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing campaigns (social media outreach, AMAs, blogs & press releases etc.)


• Conduct market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience


• Maintain ownership and responsibility for your own projects


• Handling interdepartmental communications, regularly preparing data reports, and creating surveys, questionnaires and other tools to measure marketing impact


• Liase with marketing teams of web3/crypto startups to execute

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field


• 2+ years of B2B product marketing experience; demonstrated success marketing complex enterprise cloud software solutions


• Able to work independently with little management oversight


• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging, and a persuasive writing style


• Strong presentation skills


• Proven ability to build relationships with other teams and across all levels


• Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment


• Understanding of key trends in crypto and ability to interact with web3 startups (at minimum has personal interest in following the space)
