We are looking for KOL&Partnership BD (US Region) 

Experienced KOL BD, Interns ,Fresh Grad , Anyone who at least know about the crypto and passionate, having knowledge of futures trading and have done something related, highly interested in this field!

We are currently hiring individuals who are currently living in US(non-temporary term) who can speak native/bilingual level of English. we prefer someone holding a citizen/permanent residence.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop Partnerships: Create new partnerships with media and affiliates, including KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), influencers, and local crypto experts. This is to attract new users and increase trading activity.
  • Maintain Relationships: Manage and nurture existing relationships with KOLs to ensure ongoing success.
  • Market Insights: Stay connected with the local community and monitor industry trends and competitors. Use this information to improve product, marketing, and operational strategies.
  • Customer Support: Provide prompt and reliable customer service to the company's affiliates and users. Collaborate with the internal team to resolve issues and suggest improvements.
  • Strategic Execution: Actively contribute to executing the company's strategy in creative and practical ways.
  • Client Base Expansion: Grow the company's client base and establish long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Reputation Building: Enhance and strengthen the company's reputation and presence in local markets.
  • Blockchain Trends: Stay updated on emerging blockchain trends and propose new company offerings to meet customer demands.
  • Social Media Awareness: Keep up with the latest trends on social media platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and within the blockchain influencer community.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Crypto/Blockchain Experience: Previous related experience in the local crypto or blockchain markets with knowledge of influential figures in the ecosystem.
  • Business Development Skills: Proven track record in business development or sales.
  • Self-Driven: Ability to thrive in uncharted territory, listening to market needs, and finding innovative ways to make an impact.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales and revenue targets.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and preparing reports.
  • Communication: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field. An MBA is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English and preferably one or more languages.
