We are seeking a Head of Marketing to help us take our growth to the next level. As our Head of Marketing, you will define and implement a winning marketing strategy that drives significant customer acquisition and company growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design and successful execution of the Paybis marketing strategy, including brand positioning as well as go-to-market campaigns to drive sales and customer acquisition up. As a member of the Paybis executive team, you will play a critical role in helping to scale the business and building a global high-performing team.

The role will be remote or in a Latvia office but should ideally be based within EMEA time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of Paybis's target customers and their needs in order to craft effective messaging and campaigns
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and feedback to help team members grow and achieve their goals
• Drive brand awareness and thought leadership by crafting and executing on PR and content marketing strategies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners in the fintech and crypto industries
• Analyze and optimize marketing initiatives to ensure they are meeting KPIs and contributing to the overall growth of the business
• Lead and coordinate all advertising and promotional activities, including search engine marketing, affiliate marketing and social media advertising
• Ensure that all marketing initiatives are compliant with relevant regulations and legal requirements
• Collaborate closely with other departments, such as product, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, both within the fintech industry and beyond
• Be a positive and engaged member of the Paybis team, contributing to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years proven experience in marketing leadership position for a growing and dynamic fintech company;
• Experience in crypto is desirable;
• Master’s degree in marketing, MBA or equivalent;
• Experience in developing go-to market plans to drive customer acquisition;
• Strong knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools;
• Experience in marketing automation and business analytics tools and metrics to measure ROI and drive success;
• Collaborative attitude to problem solving and a great ability to design, develop and maintain core marketing processes;
• Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken, fluency in other languages is desirable;
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals, balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution.
