We want to expand our Dream Team, and we're looking for an experienced, user-centred, and creative Head of Marketing!
Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Participating in the creation and execution of the company marketing strategy in line with Lympo's business goals;
- Coordinating with leadership to define KPIs for the marketing department and regularly report on budget allocation and performance;
- Improving overall Lympo marketing and advertising plans, including objectives, key results, analytics, and measurement to communicate tasks to the team and deliver results;
- Developing, implementing, and managing a multi-channel go-to-market strategy to meet goals, adapting as necessary to ensure maximum engagement;
- Working closely with community managers, building and maintaining the Lympo brand in the public domain, including in the digital space and among our global communities (online and offline);
- Overseeing marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards;
- Shaping and leading the Public Relations of the company;
- Performing analytics and building insights to inform and improve on our narratives, campaigns, incentive programs, product development, and ultimately user retention and growth;
- Driving exciting and innovative marketing initiatives to acquire new users.
Skills and Abilities:
- Smart individuals with good academic background and marketing experience;
- Experience with or understanding of blockchain space, NFT, and DeFi as well as Discord, Forums, Twitter and Telegram environments;
- Excellent English writing skills and verbal communication skills;
- Data-driven, fast-learning, flexible doer;
- Interest in sports is a plus.
Working experience:
- 3+ years experience leading the marketing and community teams;
- B2C marketing/PR experience with an in-depth understanding of product verticals, mechanics, target audiences, and value propositions;
- Comfortable with data-driven insights and decisions with the ability to perform consumer analysis and competitive intelligence research;
- Experience with marketing products to a global audience including a successful track record of either building vibrant open-source communities or bringing products to market in emerging technologies;
- Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.
- Management of complex marketing projects including cross-functional teams.
