About the role

Are you a world-class SEO with experience scaling marketplaces? Come join the Kraken growth team and help us grow our brand new NFT product!

In this role you will develop and own both onsite and offsite SEO strategies. You will execute and lead SEO projects to drive massive new user growth for Kraken’s brand new NFT marketplace. The role will report to the Head of Organic Growth.

What you'll do as Growth Marketing Manager, SEO:

• • Develop an SEO strategy to grow organic search traffic and conversions; execute against that roadmap and track performance
  • Grow and refine Kraken’s NFT keyword strategy
  • Develop and own processes to ensure ongoing SEO site health and maintenance
  • Contribute SEO expertise to the overall NFT marketplace product strategy and collaborate with teammates to build new landing pages that drive new users
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to implement technical optimizations
  • Collaborate with the Content team to develop and optimize NFT content for search
  • Build processes and internal documentation for product, engineering and design
  • Perform audits, research, and competitive analysis as necessary
  • Build reporting infrastructure in collaboration with growth analytics and data science

Who You Are

• Nice to have's:

  <ul>
  	<li>You&#39;re experienced using products to grow SEO at scale</li>
  	<li>You previously grew SEO for a top-tier consumer brand, preferably a large marketplace with large landing page inventory</li>
  	<li>You&#39;ve got experience managing a team of internal and external partners</li>
  	<li>Data savvy, you know your way around a growth model</li>
  	<li>Exceptional presentation and narrative compression skills</li>
  	<li>You&#39;ve got a well-rounded background in SEO, including on-page, off-site, and technical SEO</li>
  	<li>An analytical and strategic thinker. You&rsquo;re not afraid to challenge the status quo</li>
  	<li>You enjoy building strong, positive working relationships across departments and functions, from engineering, product, design, analytics, data science, CRO, etc.</li>
  	<li>You utilize data (both quantitative and qualitative) to understand patterns, make decisions, and identify opportunities</li>
  	<li>Experience in consumer growth or product management is preferred, but not required</li>
  	<li>Experience working on a high-traffic website</li>
  	<li>Have a passion for crypto and blockchain technology</li>
