Gaming Web3 Social Media Manager

We are not looking for a run-of-the-mill SMM or another web3 growth hacker on socials. We need someone from the corporate industry (this is a business with long-term innovation, not another NFT project), an interest in the web3 world, to manage the entire social platforms. The right person will be able to autonomise work with low supervision. FullyRemote

What You Are Responsible For:

• Manage the social platform Twitter and Discord, and build Telegram from scratch. IG, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, Twitch, Youtube, Medium will follow.
• This role will drive the day-to-day publishing and management of the main social media accounts. They will be a key contributor to how marketing efforts make their way onto social.
• Create brief, engaging content (videos are a big bonus) and copy across major social channels.
• Develop strategies and messaging for ongoing product marketing campaigns
• Assist with internal communications, employer branding and shared reporting on social networks.
• Post 5-7 posts a week at least including video

What We Expect From You

• 4+ years experience in social media marketing, with crypto marketing experience preferred
• Proven track record with managing social media pages for high-growth brands
• Experience in social media marketing, channel management, content creation, prioritization, and time management
• Manage and run multiple social campaigns within broader co-marketing efforts
• Experience using Web3 appliStrong curiosity or understanding of the blockchain landscape
• Strong copywriting background
• Experience as an active contributor to social communities
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional advertising strategies
• Advanced knowledge of Sprout Social, project management tools, major social channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), social analytics
• Strong understanding of the leading strategies of social media
• Having experience in the gaming industry is s a big bonus
