We’re looking for a strong full-stack engineer to join our team at VTVL. As a founding team member, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and development of our frontend and backend platforms, while helping us lay the foundation of our engineering culture.
 

As a fast-growing startup in an ever-changing industry, we’re looking for someone who is an independent but collaborative worker that can adapt quickly to changing priorities, wear multiple hats, and proactively assist with solutions.

VTVL is a multi-chain platform built to empower Web3 founders through no-code token management solutions and private community. Inspired by Vertical Takeoff and Vertical Landing (VTVL) technology, we aim to be the catalyst for founders seeking to launch, manage and land their token projects on the moon.
 

What you’ll do
 

• Build a scalable web3 token management platform using state-of-the-art technologies
• Revolutionise the way users interact with the web3 ecosystem
• Reinvent the web3 enterprise workflow and streamline the pain points currently faced by web3 founders
• Create on-chain analytics and present insights with slick visualisation
• Hack together ideas into a working prototype swiftly
• Translate frontend design into working, reusable components
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business goals into high quality product experiences
• Leverage user research, testing and data to drive product decisions

What we’re looking for
 

• A hacker mindset to find difficult problems to solve in the web3 space
• Self-learning attitude and ability to take ownership and drive deliverables in very tight timeframe
• 2-3 years of full-stack application development experience
• Practical Experience with Dapps / frontend web3 integration (Ethers.js / web3.js / @solana/web3.js)
• In-depth experience with Frontend tools: TypeScript / React / Next.js / Redux / GraphQL Client / TailwindCSS
• Highly preferred: Understanding of Solidity contracts
• Experience in JAM stack / Firebase + Next.js
• Comprehensive understanding of interacting with smart contracts (Ethereum ecosystem and/or Solana/ Rust based contracts). This includes:
  • Experience with wallet connections and authentication
  • Reading data directly from the blockchain and from smart contracts
  • Strong understanding of smart contract’s ABI
  • Execute and update data on smart contract
• Proficient in Node.js / Express / REST API / Websocket
• Familiar with at least one Database tech: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Redis
• Knowledge with DevOps / Cloud Deployment: Docker / K8S / Terraform

Bonus points if you
 

• Have a track record participating in hackathons (Web2 / Web3)
• Can prove yourself as an active learner (Past projects and input)
• Have developed and deployed Dapps on EVM or other chains
• Experience contributing to open source projects
