We need an Ecosystem Development Manager who can help drive and lead partnership efforts to support our growth strategy.

This person will be able to efficiently manage their time across a wide array of initiatives and build strong relationships with internal and industry leaders.

We are looking for someone with experience in the cryptocurrency industry, who understands blockchain use cases, tokenization, and digital assets. Must be driven, result-oriented, dependable, and can get the job done.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners that support our business
  • Work with product, marketing, compliance, finance, customer experience, and leadership to identify, and execute new ecosystem opportunities that support our growth strategy
  • Research and identify ecosystem development opportunities in target market segments
  • Negotiate deals with partners to expand the reach of our services and achieve our objectives
  • Help to create and develop a robust pipeline of qualified institutional and traditional company prospects
  • Research and identify new crypto project listing opportunities
  • Create internal analysis on various technology trends, new initiatives, and potential investment targets
  • Reach out to relevant projects for partnership or investment opportunities
  • Manage the ecosystem development pipeline, document meeting notes, and action items for record keeping of outcomes set by Director of department
  • Support and monitor Ecosystem Development associates
  • Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Report and work directly under the management of Director of Ecosystem Development
  • Blockchain, Crypto, DEFI and NFT knowledge for proper communication and execution for partnerships

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, etc. or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience in business development, financial services, and/or crypto and blockchain industry
  • Passionate about crypto industry, DeFi, NFTs, and decentralization
  • Strong network in the crypto industry
  • Experience in developing and managing initiatives and business objectives to build and grow partnerships in the crypto space
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with product and business leaders
  • Successful track record in negotiating deals and partnerships
  • Has a technical background or a deep understanding of blockchain technology
  • Knowledge of Google products, e.g gmail, share drives, PPT, spreadsheets, and Salesforce
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients, partners, cross-functional teams and adhere to the department Director’s overall strategy for the company
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and level-headed under pressure
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and/or Spanish is a plus

Salary range for this position is: 100K - 130K
