Key Accountabilities:

• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies to grow Cryptology social media accounts and drive engagement rate.
• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Discord YouTube and Tiktok adapting content to suit different channels.
• Implement YouTube SEO strategies and techniques.
• Form key relationships with KOLs and influencers across the social media platforms.
• Use social media analytical tools to monitor, track,optimize and report on performance on social media platforms directly to the CMO.
• Work with social media marketing tools.
• Monitor and update social media content across all channels and oversee social media accounts’ design.
• Collaborate with different teams of Cryptology, like content, marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage a budget for social media activities.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

Requirements:

• 4 years of proven success in SMM.
• Excellent understanding of the blockchain technology and the Crypto space.
• Fluent English, both written and oral, C1+ level.
• Hands-on experience in content management.
• Profound knowledge of online marketing channels and tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capacity and interpersonal skills: Able to build and manage strong relationships with customers, content team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners.
• Solid knowledge of hashtags, YouTube SEO, SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
• Superb organizational and multitasking skills.
