Crypto Community Manager

NavExM, the Next-Generation Crypto Exchange, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Community Manager to join our team. As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a strong community of traders and crypto enthusiasts on social media platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and others.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a community management strategy to build and grow a strong and engaged community.
• Monitor and respond to community feedback, comments, and questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Create engaging and informative content to share with the community, including regular updates about NavExM's development, upcoming features and the Crypto Industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute community-focused campaigns and initiatives.
• Identify and engage with influencers and thought leaders in the crypto community to expand NavExM's reach and influence.
• Organize and host online events, such as webinars and AMAs (Ask Me Anything), to educate and engage the community.
• Track and analyze community engagement and sentiment, providing regular reports to the NavExM team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in marketing, advertising or related role.
• Proven track record of building and growing engaged communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong social media skills and experience managing communities on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and others.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Experience working with influencers and managing online events.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive and professional attitude, with a passion for community building and cryptocurrency.
