CRM Product Operations Specialist/Manager

Responsibilities:

• Product management and cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams and stakeholders to set up SOPs for better user experience
• Design new tools from the business side according to existing and potential demands
• Coordinate with teams and resources to roll out global products
• Regularly follow market and competitive intelligence in order to provide an insights from product, marketing and operation perspectives

Requirements:

• 3 years of proven success in product management of user operation
• Strong understanding of user growth and user lifecycle, as well as different operation tools/software
• User-focused, data driven and analytical
• Ability to accurately understand and analyse requirements
• Proven design capabilities and implementation skills with proven track record in delivery quality
• At least professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal/communication)
