Content Strategist

The Developer Ecosystem team is looking for a Content Strategist to lead and oversee content development to support our developer ecosystem's growth. As the Content Strategist focused on the developer ecosystem, you are an expert in all things related to developer content, for example, channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation, localization, analytics, and metrics measurement. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and technical leadership to architect and deliver the content strategy in support of Mysten Labs’ key initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Marketing and Developer Relations teams to define the strategic vision for content across platform surfaces and distribution methods (events, web, social, and video) that:
  • helps define Mysten Labs’ technological brand
  • establishes thought leadership and expertise
  • support the needs of developers working with our products
• Manage the implementation of the content strategy by building out timelines and content calendars, coordinating and managing contributors, recruiting content creators (as needed), measuring success, and iterating on the strategy
• Ensure a consistent global experience and implement appropriate localization and translation strategies
• Deliver high-quality content, driving the process from concept to publication, serving as both a writer and the managing editor for other contributors
• Ensure that the content strategy is a key contributor to successful business outcomes by incorporating a user experience that aligns with business goals and the brand
• Help build a team of content experts that effectively convey the revolutionary nature of decentralized networks, cryptographic technology, and web3
• Establish metrics for measuring and tracking success

Required Qualifications:

• Track record of leading developer-focused content programs
• Experience in content design
• Ability to research and comprehend technical topics
• Ability to turn complex, technical details into accessible, engaging stories
• Passionate about technology and how it can positively impact users
• Curiosity in experimenting with new forms of content to keep our community engaged and expand our reach to new audiences
• Working knowledge of the web3 ecosystem and technology

Nice to have:

• Working experience and knowledge in L1 blockchain projects
