Liminal is offering an exciting opportunity to join the high performing sales team as a Business Development Director. This new role has been opened to focus on growing the new customer base in the US region. This is an individual contributor role.
The role is for a proven new business sales professional, with a track record of selling SaaS and/or technology solutions to new prospects. The role will be focused on new business in the respective region only.
This person should be goal oriented and comfortable working within a high pressure and fast paced startup environment. They should possess excellent communication skills (telephone, face-to-face), for both internal networking and client facing activity. Above all, this person should be driven for individual and collective success.
- Continuous new client acquisitions to achieve and exceed established sales performance targets
- Proactive market development through prospecting by LinkedIn, cold calling, cold emails, and other means available
- Conduct appropriate consultative selling processes including product demonstrations, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Represent Liminal at industry events and webinars to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Effectively build, manage, and close sales pipeline whilst ensuring that all progress is recorded in the CRM
- Through prospect interactions, identify market expansion opportunities, and devise potential plans and strategies to tackle the opportunities
More than 5 years of experience in Business Development role, experience in working in a B2B environment; proven track record of working successfully in a challenging and commercially driven sales environment. Experience and knowledge in the crypto industry is preferred but not a must.
Spanish is an added advantage for language.
