What do we do?

Nova Finance is an innovative non-custodial asset management protocol built on Solana. We let crypto natives create portfolios with over 30 assets, program trading strategies and generate yield. Their creations can then be shared to their friends, family and wider networks and others can easily join these portfolios.

Our automation is the first of its kind and we are at the very forefront of crypto innovation in this area. We are proud of what we are building and the team we have grown so far.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone to support us in accelerating awareness of our brand in the market and ensure adoption of the protocol. We want to be seen as the most trusted De-Fi protocol in the space and to do this we have to be thought leaders as well as educators, creating meaningful conversation and inspiring content.. We have bold and ambitious goals and we need someone with a bias to action and a focus on execution to ensure we are on track to grow our market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the brand, tone of voice and key messaging for the business, growing awareness of Nova in the market
• Create and implement SEO strategy to improve Nova’s search engine rankings in order to drive more organic traffic
• Design growth campaigns and execute them based on data and SEO strategy
• Responsible for the production of all long form content linked to weekly/ monthly key messaging across the website and blog
• Overseeing all brand creative
• Produce monthly marketing email/ newsletter nurturing people through our funnel
• Conduct 1:1 outreach to podcasts, crypto influencers to secure opportunities for Nova
• Fundamentally you will work with the rest of the team to grow Nova’s bottom line.

Requirements for the role:

• Experience in content marketing or social media marketing roles, with a background in SEO
• Have strong written content skills across multiple forms, especially email marketing, creatives, video script, PR article, etc
• Crypto experience: 2 year + preferred
• Early stage, pre-product launch experience ideal
• Be able to work well in challenging and fast-paced environment •
• A team player with confident and clear communication •
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• A motivated self starter, with a strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and project timelines and deadline
