Job Responsibilities:

Show intellectual curiosity and a desire to create products that change the world
Create the foundational smart contracts that will power the organization across numerous chains.
Develop challenges and puzzles for developers to solve
Work directly with a small team and assume responsibility for significant projects right away

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Blockchain Engineer
3+ years of experience working with smart contract development
Prolific experience with Rust and Solidity
Familiarity working with Move
and writing Layer 1 code, e.g. EVM or Tendermint is desirable
Experience with coding competitions, e.g. ACM ICPC or Topcoder is nice to have
Prior experience with remote work at startups is preferred
Must possess a deep passion for coding puzzles and challenges
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
