Assistant Director of Finance

We are looking for an Assistant Director of Finance to join our team.

What you’ll do:

• Treasury:
• Enhance processes of digital assets custody and transactions.
• Monitoring.
• Activity, in accordance with company’s treasury policy.
• Work with external service providers to set up systems to support digital asset holding monitoring and financial tracking.
• Prepare and maintain workpapers for financial reporting.
• Investments:
• Administrator for investments process - set up meetings, prepare materials, follow-up on timelines and timelines.
• Monitoring activity, in accordance with company’s investments policy.
• Prepare and maintain workpapers for financial reporting.
• Other activities, as instructed by the Director of Finance.

REQUIREMENTS

• B.A in Accounting.
• CPA internship in one of the five top accounting firms.
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance roles, preferably in the Start Up industry.
• Experience in the advisory department of a big four or leading consultancy firm is an advantage.
• English proficiency.
• Orientation to technology.
• Excel, g-suite\google sheets proficiency.
• Nice to have: familiarity with crypto industry.
