We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to organizer and oversee the operations of a Heaven Eco Hub in the designated country. You will assume responsibility for the overall success and management of members in your area by setting targets, supervising teams, and ensuring they are attained.

Effective area managers are skilled in managing diverse operations from a distance. They have a strategic mindset and are excellent leaders. Excellent abilities in financial and operations planning are also essential for the role.

The goal is to ensure our Heaven Eco Hub members will meet and exceed expectations of our systems, business development and efficiency.

Responsibilities

1.Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success

2.Set standards and objectives for different stores and departments

Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency

3. Lead a team towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals

4.Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines

5.Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions

6.Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it

7.Report to senior executives on progress and issues

8.Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition

Requirements & Skills

1.Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
